Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation and Classification of Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract：In recent years,a variety of academic viewpoints have emerged in clinical research on the TCM syndrome differentiation and classification,treatment methods and prescriptions of diabetic nephropathy(DKD).Its syndrome differentiation mainly includes two kinds:syndrome differentiation according to etiology and pathogenesis and clinical stage differentiation.The syndrome differentiation of etiology and pathogenesis mainly includes syndrome differentiation of etiology and syndrome differentiation of zang-fu,which mainly involves the theory of spleen not dispersing essence and the theory of heart-kidney integration.Stage diffe-rentiation is mostly based on various Western medical stages of DKD.With the improvement of examination technology,examination indicators and examination results have gradually become the material basis and quantitative indicators for syndrome differentiation and classification.The examination indicators involved in DKD syndrome differentiation and classification mainly include glucose and lipid metabolism indi-cators,inflammatory factors,urinary protein and renal function related indicators,renal hemodynamic indi-cators,etc.There are 82 references.
