Experience by ZHANG Qingxiang in Treating Inflammatory Skin Diseases from Liver and Spleen

Abstract：Inflammatory skin disease is a common disease with frequent occurrence in clinic.Professor ZHANG Qingxiang holds that the core disease mechanism of inflammatory skin disease is disorder of liver and spleen,and disorder of qi movement.In clinical treatment,harmonizing liver and spleen,regulating qi movement,and treating both branch and root causes.Chaiping Decoction(柴平汤)is often applied with modification.It has the functions of dredging liver and invigorating spleen,regulating qi movement,clearing heat and removing dampness,and therefore it could invigorate the transporting function of liver and spleen,regulate qi movement,and harmonize zang-fu organs,so as to cure skin diseases.
