Abstract：Professor WANG Xinlu holds that deficient healthy qi and excessive evil qi is the primary disease mechanism throughout the whole process of malignant tumor,though the locations and types are various.In the clinical treatment,the primary disease mechanism,deficient healthy qi and excessive evil qi,should be focused,with tonifying healthy qi and eliminating evil qi as the fundamental principles,to apply appropriate formulas and medicinals based on disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.Professor WANG Xinlu prescribes medicinals with flexibility to achieve good effect,that is,tonifying first,eliminating evil qi against cancer,firstly inventing assisting medicinals,good at applied pair medicinals,insect medicinals and toxic medicinals.
