Abstract：Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most destructive complications of diabetes.Podocyte autophagy plays an important role in the progression of diabetic nephropathy.Nutrient perception signaling pathway participates in the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy by regulating podocyte autophagy.In recent years,more and more studies have been conducted on the intervention of Chinese medicine in diabetic nephropathy by regulating podocyte autophagy.Summarize the research achievements of"accumulation of essence and whole shape"prescription in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy by regulating podocyte autophagy in recent years.Review the relationship between podocyte autophagy and diabetes nephropathy,and the specific mechanisms of"accumulation of essence and whole shape"prescription in the intervention of diabetes nephropathy by regulating podocyte autophagy,which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of diabetes nephropathy.There are 47 references.
