Abstract:Inflammation response is an important factor affecting the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke(IS),and it is also one of the targets for the treatment of IS.Studies have shown that acupuncture can play a role in the treatment of IS by regulating inflammation.Discusses the mechanism of acupuncture regulating inflammation in the treatment of IS.Namely, inhibition of nuclear factor-KB(NF-κB)signaling pathway and activation of phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/Akt)signaling pathway, inhibition of tyrosine kinase/transcriptional activator(JAK/STAT)signaling pathway, inhibition of NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome expression,regula-tion of microglia polarization and correction of intes-tinal flora disturbance are reviewed, and problems existing in studies are discussed in order to provide reference and ideas for the later related clinical and basic research. There are 54 references.
