Abstract:Professor WANG Yaoxian summarizes the pathogenesis of gouty nephropathy into initial patho-genesis,constitutional pathogenesis, derivative pathogenesis, heterozygous pathogenesis, common pathogenesis, symptomatic pathogenesis and local pathogenesis.Professor WANG believes that the initial pathogenesis of gout nephropathy is dampness-heat of liver and kidney, and the common pathogenesis is micro-conglomeration,which is often mixed with wind, fire, dampness, phlegm, blood stasis, etc. If the disease is prolonged, and the body is deficient over time, forming a derivative pathogenesis of deficiency and accumulation. In clinical diagnosis, the combination of pathogenesis differentiation and dialectical treatment can be adopted to treat patients with multiple pathogenesis, which is mostly based on clearing heat and expelling dampness, eliminating mass and dispersing stangation, which achieves a good curative effect. One test case is attached.
