Abstract：Summarize Professor ZHANG Tong's clinical experience in acupuncture treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Professor ZHANG believes that the onset of perimenopausal syndrome is closely related to the changes of qi and blood,and the pathogenesis is mostly qi deficiency,blood deficiency,qi stagnation or blood stasis.And it is often accompanied by emotion-gastrointestinal symptoms,and is also associated with qi and blood disorders.Based on the profound understanding of the relationship between the changes of qi and blood and the onset of peri-menopausal syndrome,Professor ZHANG holds that the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome should attach importance to the regulating the emotion and the regulation of qi and blood,and on the basis of many years of clinical experience,Professor ZHANG has explored and summarized a set of acupuncture and acupoint combination named"regulating emotion and unblocking gastrointestinal",which has remarkable clinical effect,and 2 test cases are attached.
