Clinical Efficacy of Hupo Ningxin Package(琥珀宁心包)Hot Compressing on Stable Coronary Heart Disease and Its Effect on Serum Inflammatory Factors

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Hupo Ningxin Package(琥珀宁心包)hot compress-ing in the treatment of stable coronary heart disease and its effect on the level of serum inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 64 patients with stable coronary heart disease were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 32 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Hupo Ningxin Package hot com-pressing on the basis of conventional treatment,while the control group was treated with Reyan Package containing 10％Hupo Ningxin Package drugs externally on the basis of conventional treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and Seattle Angina Questionnaiire(SAQ)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the levels of blood lipids and inflammatory factors were detected between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the control group after treatment compared to those before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,palpitations,fatigue,as well as the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group decreased compared to those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The treatment satisfaction and disease awareness of the control group increased after treatment compared to those before treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of the SAQ in the observation group increased compared to those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the above scores in the obser-vation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood lipid related indicators between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and endothelin-1(ET-1)in the control group after treatment were not significantly different from those before treatment(P＞0.05).The levels of various inflammatory factors in the observation group decreased after treatment compared to those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the TNF-α level and ET-1 level in the observation group were lower than that in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Hupo Ningxin Package hot compressing in the treatment of stable coronary heart disease can significantly relieve the symptoms of chest tightness and chest pain,inhibit the inflammatory response,and promote the clinical efficacy.
