Influence of Different Extraction Technologies on Content of Imperatorin and Schisandrin in Miniaoning Granules

Abstract：Objective:To study the influence of different extraction technologies on the content of imperatorin and schisandrin in Miniaoning granules. Methods:Different technologies were adopted in the extraction of Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) and Wuweizi(Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis). The single factor experi-ment was used to determine the content of imperatorin and schisandrin. The extraction technology of Baizhi and Wuweizi were optimized by orthogonal design with the amount of ethanol (A),concentration of ethanol (B) and extraction time(C) as the factors and the content of imperatorin and schisandrin as the index. Re-sults:The optimized extraction technology of Baizhi and Wuweizi was as follows:8 times 80％ ethanol as ex-traction solvent,extracting 2 times and 2.5 h each time. Conclusion:The optimized technology can improve the content of imperatorin and schisandrinis. It has good stability and repeatability.
