Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of three ladders therapy on treatment of knee os-teoarthritis ( KOA ) . Methods:A total of 150 patients with KOA who visited the Hospital for Neck and Shoulder Pain of Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences from January,2017 to July,2017 were selected as the study objects. According to the clinical criteria of KOA,the patients were divided into early-stage group (47 cases),mid-stage group(52 cases) and advanced-stage group(51 cases). With the three ladders therapy, patients in the early-stage group were treated with fixed-point equilibrium mechanics manipulation. Patients in the mid-stage group were treated with fixed-point equilibrium mechanics manipulation+internal and exter-nal use of innovative traditional Chinese medicine. Patients in the advanced-stage group were treated with fixed-point equilibrium mechanics manipulation+internal and external use of innovative traditional Chinese medicine+silver needle knife release and intra-articular drug injection. After 3 courses of treatment ,changes of knee joint WOMAC score and visual analogue scale(VAS) pain score of the three groups were observed to evaluate the clinical effect of the three ladders therapy. Results:After treatment, the WOMAC scores and VAS pain scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment and the differences were statist ically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the early-stage group,mid-stage group and advanced-stage group was 97.87%,92.31%,80.39%. Conclusion:The three ladders therapy is obviously effect for the treat-ment of KOA and earlier treatment can get better curative effect.
