Experience of HAN's Gynecology in Diagnosing and Treating Endometriosis

Abstract：Objective:To summarize the experience of diagnosing and treating endometriosis by Longjiang HAN's gynecology. Methods:Based on the disease cause and mechanism,as well as treatment method and principle,the understanding and clinical experience of Longjiang HAN's gynecology in endometriosis were summarized,and the successful cases were analyzed and summarized. Results:According to Longjiang HAN's gynecology,the disease cause and mechanism is the evil qi accumulating inside the body and attacking the internal organs,leading to malfunction,and when there are the incentives,there would be accumulation of dampness and stasis,which would block the meridians and collaterals,manifesting as unsmooth circulation of blood and qi,resulting into pain,and finally manifesting as the concretions and conglomerations,accumulation and gatherings. The treatment should be regulating qi and dispersing knot ,activating blood and resolving concretions. Longjiang HAN's gynecology invents Neiyi Zhitong formula for oral administration,in combination with herbal medicine enema,microwave therapy,moxibustion,to give comprehensive treatment. Besides,the concept of early prevention and intervention was put forwards by Longjiang Han 's gynecology. Conclusion:For endometriosis, Longjiang HAN's gynecology shows its characteristic on combination of the west and Chi-nese medicine,combination of disease and syndrome,treating the exterior and interior simultaneously,resolving stasis and dispersing knot,early diagnosis and early treatment.
