Abstract:Objective:To explore the differences between people of deficient syndrome with communicating obstacle caused by internet addictions and the normal in emotional image processing ,and the attention bias of people with communicating obstacle caused by internet addiction in different emotional images. Methods:Both the communicating obstacle group and the normal control group contained 12 cases. Using ERP tech-nology,through the Go/Nogo paradigm, the emotional processing and rejection functions of the two groups were tested and the differences of ERP component were analyzed. Results:①The N2 amplitude in the com-municating obstacle group was significantly reduced and the latency was significantly delayed. There was no significant N2 Nogo-stimulating effect in the communicating obstacle group. ②The P3 amplitude in the com-municating obstacle group is significantly enhanced, but did not exhibit the Nogo-stimulating effect which was similar to that of the normal control group. The P3 stimulated by the neutral and negative emotion in the communicating obstacle group was more obvious than that stimulated by the positive emotion. Conclusion:Faced with stimulations, the inhibition response ability and conflict monitoring capability of the communicat-ing obstacle were lower than those of the normal control group, and people of deficient syndrome with com-municating obstacle caused by internet addiction have more significant attention to monitoring and response suppression for negative emotions.
