Analysis on the Prescription Law for Preventing Recurrence of Endometriosis after La-paroscopic Surgery Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Supportive System

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the prescription law for preventing recurrence of endometriosis after laparo-scopic surgery. Using Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Inheritance Support System,prescriptions for the prevention of recurrence of endometriosis after laparoscopic operation were searched in CNKI,VIP,SINO-MED and Wanfang database from 2006 to 2016. Method:The retrieved prescriptions were input into the TCM In-heritance Support System,and the integrated revised mutual information method,complex system entropy clus-ter and unsupervised hierarchical cluster were applied to analyze the prescription law.Result:There were 103 prescriptions selected,and the frequency of each herb in the prescriptions were determined. Finally 49 core combinations and 12 new prescriptions were determined. Conclusion:Through TCM Inheritance Supportive System,the prescription law is determined. Five herbs of the highest frequency are Danshen,Ezhu,Danggui, Sanleng,and Chishao,and the 3 herb pairs of the highest frequency are Saneng and Ezhu,Danshen and Ezhu,Danshen and Danggui. The herbs and herb pairs are mainly for invigorating blood and nourishing blood,removing stasis and unblocking collaterals,regulating menstruation and relieving pain.
