Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shangde bone-setting manipulation treatment on young and middle-aged cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method:Eighty cases of young and middle-aged patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were divided into Shangde bone-setting manipulation group and occipital-jaw supine traction group randomly. The clinical effect, the visual analog scale(VAS) score and assessment scale score before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Result:The total effective rate in the Shangde bone-setting manipulation and occipital-jaw supine traction group was 95% and 75%,re-spectively,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). After the treatment, the VAS score and assessment scale score for cervical spondylosis in the Shangde bone-setting manipulation group were significantly better than those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The VAS score and assessment scale score for cervical spondylosis in Shangde bone-setting manipulation group signif-icantly were better than those in the occipital-jaw supine traction group , with significant statistical differ-ence ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:Shangde bone-setting manipulation treatment for young and middle-aged cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was of significant clinical efficacy ,and this manipulation is safe. It could provide new thoughts for clinical treatment.
