Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of Yiqi Lishi Xingshui prescription on bladder function rehabilita-tion and heat shock protein expression of patients with anorectal postoperative acute urinary retention. Meth-ods:A total of 86 patients with anorectal postoperative acute urinary retention were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment. The observation group, besides the conventional treatment, was given Yiqi Lishi Xingshui prescription. Three days after treatment, the clinical efficacy, anal pain score, first time of urination,24-hour micturition frequency, urine volume and the rehabilitation efficacy of bladder func-tion of the two groups were observed. The levels of blood heat shock protein HSP-47,HSP60 and HSP-90 were detected by Elisa method. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35% and the control group was 79.07%. The difference was statistically significant(P=0.024). The anal pain score, first time of urination,24-hour micturition frequency and urine volume of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The bladder function total recovery rate of the observation group was 90.70% and the control group was 74.42%. The difference was statistically significant(P=0.047). After treatment, the levels of heat shock protein HSP-47,HSP60 and HSP-90 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group ,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In treatment of patients with anorectal postoperative acute urinary re-tention,Yiqi Lishi Xingshui prescription can relieve the anal pain symptoms, improve the urination function, promote the bladder function recovery and enhance the heat shock protein expression. The curative effect is good.
