Experience of Professor WANG Canhui Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract：Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of Professor WANG Canhui in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by data mining. Methods:Frequency analysis and cluster analysis were performed using SPASS 17.0 for collected data. Results:A total of 202 medical records of 114 outpatients with diagno-sis of chronic atrophic gastritis were included in the study ,and the symptoms of epigastric fullness and belching were of the highest frequency,weakness of the spleen and stomach is the main syndrome,and Jiaobaizhu and Taizishen are the most commonly used herbs. By cluster analysis ,there were 5 cluster groups and 6 herb pairs. Conclusion:Professor WANG Canhui proposes that weakness of the spleen and stomach with stomach yin deficiency are the major syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis ,and therefore strengthening the spleen and stomach and nourishing the stomach yin are main treatment ,with Jiaobaizhu and Taizishen as the most commonly used herbs.
