Treatment of Coronary No-Reflow Phenomenon after Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury through Spleen

Abstract:Coronary no-reflow phenomenon after ischemia-reperfusion injury is the phenomenon that local is-chemic tissue fails to be filled with blood fully after blood supply recovered. This disease seriously affects the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction patients. It is concerned with the injury of endothelial cells. However,there is no effective treatment methods. Traditional Chinese medicine can treat this disease through multiple levels,approaches and targets. This paper analyzes the basic pathogenesis and factors of no-reflow preliminarily and explored deeply treatment through spleen to providing some references for clinical applica-tion and theoretical research.
