An Analysis of the Characteristics of LI Yanning Treating Pediatric Asthma

Abstract：Based on the experience of treatment for pediatric asthma from the ancient time and his own clinical experience,Professor LI Yanning were summarized characteristics on 7 aspects as follows:the asthma is caused by phlegm;qi stagnation during the disease attack should be removed;the asthma should be treat-ed by tonifying the original qi;during the disease attack,relieving asthma should be applied;the chronic asthma usually leads to liver depression and therefore soothing liver should be applied;also chronic asthma leads to blood stasis,and therefore invigorating blood should be applied;asthma is a stubborn disease and therefore it should be treated comprehensively.
