Clinical Experience of Professor ZHANG Minghe on Treating Ophthalmooral Genital Syndrome

Abstract：Professor ZHANG Minghe proposes that the pathogenesis of ophthalmooral genital syndrome is dampness,heat,toxin,stasis and deficiency,in which heat and toxin are the most crucial. Damp heat could involve the triple-jiao,and the damp heat in the middle-jiao is the disease cause,and therefore removing the damp heat in the middle-jiao is the key for the treatment and prevention. Clearing heat and detoxification is applied during whole treatment,and promoting blood circulation and dissolving blood stasis,nourishing yin and clearing heat,healing up sore and promoting granulation should be applied for the accompanied symp-toms. At the same time,attention should be paid on protecting stomach qi.
