Data Mining Analysis of Professor LI Shuliang 's Medical Records in Treating Allergic Rhinitis

Abstract：Objective:To excavate the major syndrome types of allergic rhinitis treated by Professor LI Shu-liang and the formulas used by him,so as to analyze the diagnosis and treatment thoughts of Professor LI Shuliang. Methods:The data of 209 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis treated by Professor LI were col-lected by using "Senior and Distinguished Traditional Chinese Medicine Academic Thought Mining Platform". Symptoms,syndromes,treatment principles,treatment methods and herbal frequency were analyzed to find out the major syndrome types and formulas. Results:The major traditional Chinese medicine syndrome was lung and spleen deficiency,accounting for 76.6%. The major treatment methods were tonifying qi,dispersing wind, tonifying spleen,warming the middle and unblocking the orifices. According to the analysis results,the herbs appeared in Professor LI's formulas were Huangjing,Baihe,Fangfeng,Baizhi,Xinyi,Mudanpi,Chantui,Guizhi, Qianghuo,Gaoliangjiang,Hezi and Gancao. Conclusion:Results of data mining analysis could reflect LI Shu-liang's experience in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
