Abstract：To summarize the experience of professor JIANG Jianguo in treating asthenozoospermia by Wuzi Yanzong pill.Wuzi Yanzong pill,with a mild nature,has the function of both supplementing and draining,so professor JIANG uses it as the basic prescription for treating asthenozoospermia.In clinical treatment,professor JIANG doesn't use warm medicine blindly because of the weakness of the disease,but adjust the proportion of restorative and draining medicine according to the syndrome.For patients with no obvious symptoms and signs,he often uses modem physical and chemical inspection results as a reference to do the microcosmic syndrome differentiation.
