Prescription Law for Lung Cancer Based on Theory of Attribute Partial Order

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the combination principle of formulas for lung cancer. Method:Based on the Theory of attribute partial order,121 formulas were selected from CNKI and Wanfang Data,to establish for-mal context. According to different cluster,formulas were divided into different types,and the primary pre-scriptions for cancer were determined. Finally the prescription law for lung cancer was established. Result:In the formulas for lung cancers,the predominant natures were cold,warm and neutral,the predominant flavors were bitter,sweet and pungent,and predominant meridian tropisms were liver,lung,stomach,spleen,heart and kidneys. Formulas could be divided into 3 groups. In the first group,Sijunzi decoction was added with herbs regulating qi,nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation,dissipating phlegm and promoting digestion. In the second group,Xiaobanxia plus Fuling decoction was added with herbs resolving phlegm and eliminating car-buncle eliminating. In the third groups,specific anti-cancer formulas were added with herbs nourishing yin. Conclusion:Therapies for lung cancer included tonifying qi of spleen and lung,promoting blood circulation and detoxication,resolving phlegm and discharging pus,nourishing kidney and discharging pus,dissipating phlegm and resolving masses,nourishing lung,regulating qi and stimulating digestion.
