Prevention and Treatment of Abnormal Semen Based on Spleen

Abstract：Objective To explore the relationship between spleen and abnormal semen ,and to guide the life style for people,by syndrome differentiation for abnormal sperm. Methods:There were 450 patients with ab-normal semen. After four diagnoses and syndrome differentiation,there were 138 cases of spleen-deficiency, 23 cases of deficiency of spleen and kidney,16 cases of phlegm turbidity coagulation. Results:Among the 450 patients with abnormal semen,there were 177 cases affecting the spleen,accounting for 38.89%,in which spleen deficiency accounted for 30.22%,spleen and kidney deficiency accounted for 5.11%,and phlegm tur-bidity coagulation accounted for 3.56%. Conclusion: In patients with male infertility ,spleen dysfunction is the influence factor for abnormal sperm.
