Research on Data Excavation of Implicit Information in the Diagnosis Process by Professor DING Shuwen to Treat Atrial Premature Beats

Abstract：Objective:Through data excavation,clinical experience of Professor DING Shuwen in the treatment of atrial premature beats was summarized ,and the concept of atrial premature beats syndrome was proposed. The implicit information was excavated to summarize the unique syndrome differentiation and prescription law. Methods:Thirty patients with atrial premature beats were analyzed by K-means clustering analysis ,prin-cipal factor analysis and association rule analysis with SPSS 16.0 and Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheri-tance Support System. Results:Atrial premature beats syndrome is a group of deficiency syndrome with sweating as the center,which can be divided into two categories:syndrome of yin deficiency and fire hyper-activity with disharmony between nutritive and defensive stage;syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin. The first type can be treated by Danggui Liuhuang decoction,and the second can be treated by modified Zhigancao decoction plus Huangqi Shengmai powder. Conclusion:Pathological factors of atrial premature beats syndrome are qi deficiency and yin deficiency ,and the disease mechanism is exuberant evil heat internally with qi deficiency and unconsolidated defensive qi and surface.
