Clinical Study of ST-segment Elevation Acute Myocardial Infarction Treated with Cuguan Baoxin Granule

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Cuguan Baoxin granule on ST-segment eleva-tion acute myocardial infarction(STEAMI). Methods:There were 208 cases of STEAMI randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group. In the treatment group,patients were treated with thrombolytic therapy combined with Cuguan Baoxin granule,while in the control group patients were treated with throm-bolytic therapy alone. Results:Three hours after thrombolytic therapy,the case number of ST segment-resolu-tion(STR)≥50% showed significant difference between two groups(P<0.01). The case number of STR≥70%also showed significant difference in two groups(P<0.05). Three month after thrombolytic therapy,left ventric ular ejection fraction ( LVEF ) in the treatment group is significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Results:Cuguan Baoxin granule showed satisfactory effect in the treatment of STEAMI,and it could provide be an alternative for the primary hospital without conditions for emergency PCI operation.
