Abstract：QIAN Xian holds that disease mechanism of Sjogren ’s syndrome is deficiency in root and excess in branch. The deficiency is the deficiency Qi,blood yin and Yang,especially deficiency of Yin,while excess is the dryness toxin and collateral blockage. Disease location is the lung,spleen-stomach,liver and kidney. Therefore,nourishing Yin and generating body fluid is the most important for treating Sjogren’s syndrome, also with other methods such as detoxification ,resolving blood stasis and unblocking the collaterals. During the treatment,herbals pairs were also applied,for it could aim at the complicated disease,and the effect was satisfactory.
