Treatment of 36 Cases of Pediatric Asthma in Remission Stage by Pediatric Massage Based on Constitutionology of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of using pediatric massage to treat pediatric asthma in the remis-sion stage according to the constitutionology of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods:Children with pediatric asthma were divided into deficiency of healthy Qi constitution ,phlegm dampness constitution and food accumulation,and were given massage according to the constitution. The effect was observed. Results:Clinical control:12 cases,obviously effective:14 cases,relieved:8 cases,ineffective:2 cases,with the total ef-fective rate 94.44%. Conclusion:Constitutionology of TCM guides using pediatric massage to treat pediatric asthma in remission stage effectively ,which could provide a new way for using pediatric massage to treat the undiseased.
