Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Zhiyujing Hip Bath and Fumigation for Postoperative Hemorrhoids of Downward Flow of Damp Heat Type

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of Zhiyujing hip bath and fumigation for postoperative mixed hemorrhoids on pain,swelling,and healing time. Methods:There were 60 postoperative hemorrhoids patients randomly divided into the control group and treatment group ,30 cases in each group. In the treatment group,patients were treated with Zhiyujing hip bath and fumigation in the morning,while in the control group,patients were treated with hot water hip bath and fumigation. Results:On the 3rd and 7th day after operation,Zhiyujing hip bath and fumigation showed obvious effect on relieving postoperative pain and wound swelling,reduce the healing time,which should be promoted in clinic. Conclusion:After operation,Zhiyujing hip bath and fumigation can relieve postoperative pain and wound swelling ,reduce the healing time.
