Based on Correlation Rule,Co-Clustering,Factor Analysis to Determine the Prescription Law for Constipation by Using Weka

Abstract：Obejective:Through data excavation to study the prescription law for constipation. Methods:Ac-cording to the inclusion criteria,there were 596 formulas for constipation included,involving 220 Chinese herbs,with application frequency 4 512. After the formula standardization,Aprior correlation rule,systemic clustering analysis and factor analysis were performed to study the frequency of herbs and the properties of herbs,and to find out the prescription law for constipation. Results:After analysis for core herbs,the com-monly used herbs are the one to clear heat,tonifying deficiency,purge and regulate Qi. There were 25 groups of commonly applied combination of 2 herbs and 14 groups of commonly applied combination of 3 herbs. Besides,in combination with professional knowledge,6 types of core herbs were determined. Conclu-sion:Through data excavation for constipation formulas ,the law for herbal combination and core herbs were determined,which could provide a new thought for clinical practice.
