Abstract：Based on the thought defensive Qi from the lower energizer and nutritive Qi transforming into blood,we propose that although defensive Qi is generated in the middle energizer, its function is immature, its function relies on the bladder located in Xiajiao which promote maturity of WeiQi with the drivng foree from kidney yang. At the sametime,WeiQi is the embodiment of the bladder’s “qikua” function, and its dis-tribution is in the same channel of body fluids. Urinary bladder and kidneys in the lower energizer play an important role in promoting the maturation and distribution of defensive Qi.
