Abstract：Zisou,also known as gestatinal cough,is the cough and prolonged cough which can not be cured for a long time during pregnancy.Due to the special maternal physiological characteristics(Yin and blood deficiency,hyperactivity of Yang Qi) during pregnancy,most of the gestational cough in clinic belongs to Yin deficiency and lung dryness syndrome.Chief physician ZHANG Jing is good at treating gestational cough.This paper summarizes ZHANG Jing's rich experience in etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of gestational cough and lists a case for support.
