All the patients were given treatment of “San Huang points” of DONGs extraordinary acupoints. The clinical effect , first urine output, first urinate onset time and residual urine volume after 1 hour of the two groups were ob-served. Results:After treatment,The differences of clinical effect and first urinate onset time of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the first urine output of the black Africans was more than that of the Chinese and the number of Chinese patients whose residual urine volume after 1 hour was more than 50 mL was larger than that of the black Africans, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclu-sion:DONGs extraordinary acupoints have significant effects on both Chinese people and black Africans ,but the effect is more obvious on black Africans,so it is worthy of promotion and application in medical work in Africa.
