Literature Analysis of the Rules of Points Selection in Treating Post-stroke Depression by Acupuncture

Abstract：Objective:Using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance system(V2.5) to analyze the rules of points selection and compatibility in treating post-stroke depression by acupuncture and find new formu-las,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease. Methods:All the points formulas for treating post-stroke depression in CNKI database were collected and put into the TCM inheritance system (V2.5). The rules of points selection and compatibility were analyzed by the data mining method of the software. Results:A total of 86 points formulas for treating post-stroke depression were selected. The occur-rence frequency of points in the formulas and the association rules of commonly used points were deter-mined. Four new points formulas were found. Conclusion:The TCM inheritance system is an important assis-tant for mining and analyzing rules of points selection and compatibility in acupuncture. The new points for-mulas generated by this system provide some references for clinical treatment of post-stroke depression.
