Clinical Effect of Mecobalamine Combined with Foot Bath with Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbs in Treating Diabetic Foot

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical effect of mecobalamine combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) herbs foot bath in treating diabetic foot. Methods:Totally 56 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into therapy group and control group,34 patients in the therapy group treated with mecobalamine combined with TCM herbs foot bath for 15 days,and 22 patients in control group treated with foot exercise . Results:The therapy group was superior to the control group in symptoms improvement ( P<0.05) and the nerve conduction velocity in the therapy group was also faster than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Mecobalamine combined with TCM herbs foot bath was of better effect on dia betic foot.
