Clinical Observation of Hyperlipemia of Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome Treated with Auricular Acu-Point Pressing with Seeds and Jiangzhi Mixture

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of auricular acu-point pressing with seeds com-bined with Jiangzhi mixture on hyperlipidemia of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. Methods:Total 109 di-agnosed patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to registration order. Fifty-five cases in the treatment group were treated with auricular acupoint pressing with seeds combined with Jiangzhi mixture and the other 54 patients in the control group were treated with Xuezhikang capsule. The symptoms and signs scores,blood lipid levels and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and the curative effects were evaluated. Results:The scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups after the treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05) and the variation of scores in the treatment group after the treatment was significantly different from that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The blood lipids levels of the treatment group after treatment significantly decreased(P<0.05),which were significantly different from those before the treatment and those of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.91% and in the control group was 74.07%,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Both the two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion:Acu-point pressing with seeds combined with Jiangzhi mixture were of satisfac-tory curative effect on hyperlipidemia of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome ,with less adverse reaction.
