Abstract:Objective:To observe millimeter wave acu-point radiation combined with chemotherapy on T Cells subsets of cancer patients. Methods:Fifty cancer patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table, with 25 cases in each group. The treatment group were given millimeter wave acu-point radiation combined with chemotherapy ,while the control group were only given chemotherapy. After 2 cycles,T cell subsets and Karnofsky performance score(KPS) were evaluated. Results:In the treat-ment group, the CD3+ and CD4+ levels and CD4+/CD8+ values increased, which were statistically different from those before chemotherapy(P<0.05);after 2 cycles of chemotherapy, the CD3+ and CD4+ levels, and CD4+/CD8+ values in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group ,with statistical signifiance (P<0.05). Conclusion:Millimeter wave acu-point radiation treatment could improve patient's immune func-tion,and also improve the physical condition and life quality of patients.
