Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the composition principles of prescriptions for Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting with Chinese medicine in CNKI. Methods:The prescriptions for Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting with Chinese medicine in CNKI were selected and Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance system V2.5 was used to entry inform and build the database..The commonly used herbs,combination princi-ples and core combinations in the prescriptions for Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting were ana-lyzed with data mining methods such as association rules ,improved mutual information Method and complex system entropy clustering. Results:Forty-eight common used herb pairs and combinations,forty-five core com-binations and eight developed prescriptions were concluded ,based on the analysis of the frequency of each ingredient in 102 prescriptions for Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting in 102 prescriptions.Conclu-sion:Analysis on formulas for treating Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting from CNKI by TCM in-heritance system shows that the prescriptions focus mainly on harmonize the stomach and check vomiting that reveals prescriptions rules,to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
