Study of Qinlian Zhengji Formula Inhibiting Metastasis of Lewis Lung Cancer Model Mouse and Mechanisms

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effects of Qinlian Zhengji formula on inhibitiing metastasis of Lewis lung cancer mouse,and to discuss its related mechanisms. Methods:Models of lewis lung cancer mouse were established for different groups of intervention. To observe groups of tumor inhibition rate and lung metasta-sis inhibition rate,test groups of CD44 content by immunohistochemical,use real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technique to detect the expression of VEGF gene. Results:The tumor inhibition rates of Qinlian Zhengji formula group,cisplatin group and combined group were 18.16%,27.12%,36.37%,Qinlian Zhengji formula can inhibit lung cancer metastases,and reduce the expression of CD44 and vascu lar endothelial growth factor (VEGF) gene expression. It combined cisplatin has synergistic effect. Conclusion:Qinlian Zhengji formula can inhibit metastasis of Lewislung cancer mouse,its mechanisms may be related to its decreasing the expression of CD44 and VEGF.
