Effect of Shenqi Qingwen Oral Liquid on the Low Immune Model Mice

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of Shenqi Qingwen oral liquid on the low immune mice caused by cyclophosphamide. Methods:Immunopressed mice was set up by subcutaneous injection of CTX. Shenqi Qingwen oral liquid were given consecutively into the stomach with high,medium,low dose,Banlangen gran-ule,and NS group. The drugs were given 7 days consecutively and at the same time,normal group was set up. The blood samples were collected from abdominal vein of mice and immune targets were observed 30 minutes after the last administration. Results:Shenqi Qingwen oral liquid could improve the phagocytosis and hemolysin of immunosuppressed mice. It also can increase the percentage of T lymphocyte subsets———CD3、CD4 of mice,decrease the percentage of CD4/CD8,and increase the content of interleukin-2(IL-2). Compared with model control group,P<0.05 or P<0.01. Conclusion:Shenqi Qingwen oral liquid can improve immune function of immunopressed mice.
