Establishment and Assessment of the Model Rats with Dampness-heat Asthma

Abstract：Objective:To establish the model of rats with dampness-heat asthma complicated with depression disorder by multiple factors method,then evaluate the model. Methods:The model rats of dampness-heat asth-ma was induced by multi-factors,including feeding high sugar and high fat food,keeping in an environment with high temperature and humidity,infection of rat escherichia coli twice tracheal instillation,and establish-ing asthma model by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin(OVA) and aerosol inhalation of sensitization liq-uid. Results:Compared with the control group,when feeding on the normal environment,the weight of model rats grew more rapidly(P<0.05). After going into the environment with high temperature and humidity,the weight of model rats grew slowly. The model rats showed: rectal temperature rising(P<0.01),eating and drinking less(P<0.01). The levels of IL-2、IFN-γ in blood declined while IL-4、IL-5、IL-6 were higher than the control group. The pathological changes of model rats were in accordance with the clinical manifestation of dampness-heat asthma ( P<0 . 01 ) . Conclusion:Establishing the model of rats with dampness-heat asthma complicated with depression disorder by multiple factors method then evaluating the model provides a reli-able animal mode for basic study of dampness-heat asthma syndrome.
