Effect of Kidney-Supplementing and Blood-Generating Method on CD4+CD25+Treg of Patients with Chronic Aplastic Anemia

Abstract：Objective:To explore and discuss the effect of kidney-supplementing and blood-generating method on CD4+CD25+Treg level in peripheral blood of patients with chronic aplastic anemia(CAA),so as to elabo-rate the mechanism of kidney-supplementing and blood-generating method for treatment of CAA. Method:The CD4+CD25+Treg level in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry before and afrer treatment. Re-sults: Before treatment,the CD4+CD25+Treg level in peripheral blood of the treatment group was lower than that of the normal control group(P<0.05). After treatment,it was significantly higher than that before trat-ment(P<0.05). After treatment,there was no statistical difference between the CD4+CD25+Treg level in pe-ripheral blood of the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:The kidney-supplementing and blood-generating method can improve the level of CD4+CD25+Treg,inhibit immunity of abnormal cells and promote the recovery of hematopoiesis function of marrow.
