Influence of Taoist Thought on Health Preservation Theory in Huangdi’s Internal Clas-sic

Abstract：To discuss the influence of Taoist thought on construction of health preservation theory in Huang-di’s Internal Classic from the following aspects:compliance with nature,regulation of mental and spiritual ac-tivities and preservation of healthy qi. Through the comparison with the ideas of Taoism ,it is found that the health preservation theory in Huangdi’s Internal Classic absorbed the beneficial factors of Taoism. Mean-while,it emphasized the importance of people’s subjectivity.
