Primary Analysis of Combined Prescriptions of Minor Bupleurum Decoction Based on Broad Sense of Mediation (He) Method

Abstract：As one of the eight therapeutic methods,mediation (He) method means reconciling Shaoyang in a narrow sense,while it means regulating Yin and Yang when combined with other methods in a broad sense. As the representative prescription of mediation (He) method,minor bupleurum decoction not only can elimi-nate pathogenic evils in semi-exterior and semi-interior,but also can relieve the symptoms of both exterior and interior,so it has the effects of mediation (He) method in both broad and narrow sense. When Minor Bu-pleurum Decoction is combined with classical prescriptions flexibly in treatment of diseases based on syn-drome differencation,it can obtain satisfied effect. By study on doctors’ views on combined prescriptions of minor bupleurum decoction,the mystery of combination of mediation (He) methods is elaborated,so as to guide clinical treatment.
