Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of Tiaoxin Anshen acupuncture on cardiac angiotesin-Ⅱreceptors in cardiac muscle of model rabbits with ventricular arrhythmia. Method:Forty rabbits were randomly divided in-to four groups:the control group, the model group, the acupuncture group and the medicine group. Rabbits of the acupuncture group received treatment of Tiaoxin Anshen acupuncture. And the medicine group was treated with intragastric. Left ventricle of all the rabbits were taken out to test the expression of AngiotesinⅡType 1 Receptor (AGTR1) and Angiotesin ⅡType 2 Receptor (AGTR2) in the messenger RNA (mRNA) levels by realtime fluorescence quantitative PCR. Result:Both AGTR1 and AGTR2 mRNA expression were highest in the control group, followed by the medicine group. AGTR1 were same in both the acupuncture group and the medicine group, and AGTR2 mRNA expression improved a little in the acupuncture group than the model group. Conclusion:Maybe regulating the expression of AGTR2 was one of the therapeutic target spots of Tiaoxin Anshen acupuncture on ventricular arrhythmia.
