Clinical Study of Buqi Shengji Decoctionon on Promoting Raw Surface Healing after Mixed Hemorrhoids Operation

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Buqi Shengji decoction on promoting raw surface healing after mixed hemorrhoids operation. Methods:Sixty patients after mixed hemorrhoids operation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Thirty subjects in the treatment group re-ceived Buqi Shengji decoction,and the other 30 cases in the control group were given Kangfuxin oral liquid. The degree of pain,hemorrhage,defecation and raw surface edema were observed in the third,seventh and fourteenth after operation in both groups. Moreover ,the wound healing time and healing rate were observed. Results:Wounds were repaired after treatment in two groups. Symptom score of pain,hemorrhage,defecation and raw surface edema in the treatment group were lower than the control group. The wound healing rate and healing time of treatment group was better than the control group ,and there was a difference between the two group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Buqi shengji decoction had a good effect on promoting wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids operation,which is worthy of further pomoting and application.
