Clinical Observation of Regulating Effect of Fuzheng Mixture on Immune Microenviro-ment of Patients with Lung Cancer of Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract：Objective:To observe the regulating effect of Fuzheng mixture on immune microenviroment of pa-tients with lung cancer of lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome. Methods:Total 120 patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) of lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group had 60 patients. The control group was given basic treat-ments,such as strengthening spleen and benifiting qi,reiforcing earth to generate metal,draining damphess to resolve phlegm supporting healthy qi to resist cancer. The treatment group ,on the basis of control group ,was added with Fuzheng mixture. The mixture was orally taken at morning and evening ,each time 50 mL ,30 days as a course of treatment. After treatment,observed the changes of symptoms,life quality and immune microenviroment of the two groups. Result:Both treatments of the two groups had good effects on improving symptoms,life quality and immune microenviroment,but the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Fuzheng mixture can control the progress of lung cancer of lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome and improve symptoms and life quality of the patients.
