Clinical Research of Effect of Strengthening Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation on Blood Coagulation Function of Patients with in Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical effect of strengthening kidney and promoting blood circulation on blood coagulation function of patients with in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods:60 pa-tients who were pregnant after IVF-ET were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group had 30 patients. The control group was given aspirin and the treatment group was given Chinese medicine for strengthening kidney and promoting blood circulation. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed after treatment. Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. After treatment,there was no significant difference in the improvement of blood coagulation function between the two groups. Conclution:The method of strengthening kidney and promoting blood cir-culation can effectively improve the hyper-coagulation state of patients with IVF-ET. It is safe and has high value of clinical application in protecting fetus during early pregnancy of patients with IVF-ET.
