Effect of Organ Coefficients in Mice with Blood Deficiency Syndrome Treated by Danggui Buxue Decoction with Different Compatibility Proportions

Abstract：Objective:To discuss the effect of organ coefficients in mice with syndrome of blood deficiency treated by Danggui Buxue decoction with different compatibility proportions. Methods:The mouse models with syndrome of blood deficiency were established ,and then the different group were given with Danggui Buxue decoction with different compatibility proportion. We observed and recorded the change of the mice on body weight and water quantity every day. After seven days,the mice were killed,and the livers,spleens,kidneys and thymus were measured to the organ coefficients. Results:After seven days,in the group whose proportion was five to one between Huangqi and Danggui,increased the organ coefficients of the mice of syndrome of blood deficiency on liver,spleen and viscera obviously. In the group whose proportion was five to one be-tween Huangqi and Danggui,the increase of the organ coefficient was only less than that in the group whose proportion was four to one between Huangqi and Danggui. Conclusion:In the repair of syndrome of blood deficiency model in mice liver,spleen and left kidney organs,the group whose proportion was five to one between Huangqi and Danggui can effectively prevent the secondary atrophy and degenerative changes in the viscera.
