Effect of Tanggankang on Expression of HO-1 in Diabetic-fatty Liver of Rats Model

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of Tanggankang on the immunohisto-chemical expression of HO-1 in the liver of diabetic-fatty rat model. Methods:Rat models were made with STZ and high-quality and high-carbohydrate diet. After 12 weeks of drug intervention,the expression of HO-1 was observed.Results:Tanggankang could reduce the expression of HO-1 in liver of diabetic fatty liver rat model. The immunohis-to-chemical positive points score of HO-1 in model group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),but lower than that in the high-dose,middle-dose and low-dose of Tanggankang groups(P<0.01). There was significantly different between the high-dose group of Tanggankang and Huganning group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Tanggankang play an active role in improveing glucose and lipid by effecting the ex-pression of HO-1.
