Abstract：From the conclusion of external therapy of hemorrhoid-fistula in Compendium of Materia Medica, We can see this book reveals the acknowledge of etiological factors and pathogenesis of hemorrhoid-fistula,sorts of external therapy and the usage of main drugs and technical ideas. So studing the external therapy of hemorrhoid-fistula in Compendium of Materia Medica is of value to reformation of traditional Chinese medicine and the application of clinical practice.
